That's kind of what I thought. Something this stupid and repulsive could only be a labor of love by some disturbed soul.
If I recall correctly the director said he went to well once too many times on the basketcase series. His other films are pretty entertaining though, with such classics as Frankenhooker, Bad Biology and his finest work Brain Damage.
I've seen Frankenhooker. That was back when I thought I knew what a bad movie was. It was funny.
